Our Return Policy

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is at the very heart of our business. If you are not perfectly happy with any item, please let us know with a phone call or an email. We will do our best to exchange the item or issue a complete refund, although we are not able to accept returns for certain items due to hygienic reasons. Cds and dvds can only be returned if the package seal is unbroken or if the item is defective, in which case we will send a replacement of the same title.

When you contact us, you will receive a return authorization code. You may then return the item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After you have received an authorization code, be sure to insure your package and send returns to:
